Bryce A. Williams

President and Chief Executive Officer, Extend Benefits Group LLC

Bryce Williams is President and Chief Executive Officer of Extend Benefits Group, LLC, the leading provider of individual and family benefits solutions to U.S. companies and associations. Prior to joining Extend Benefits, Mr. Williams was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at eHealth, Inc., the Sunnyvale, California-based parent company of eHealthInsurance Services, Inc. At eHealth, Mr. Williams directed the company's online health insurance partnerships with, among others, Microsoft, Yahoo, General Electric, Bank One and Wells Fargo. During his tenure, eHealth grew to become the largest individual health insurance broker in the United States.

Prior to eHealth, from 1995 to 1999, Mr. Williams served as Director of Development for OnCare, a leading oncology physician practice management company. Prior to OnCare, Mr. Williams served as Vice President and General Counsel of Advance ParadigM (Nasdaq: ADVP), one of the largest pharmaceutical benefits companies in the United States. Advance was eventually sold to Caremark, Inc. in a transaction that closed in March 2004.

Prior to Advance, Mr. Williams was a corporate transactions attorney in the Dallas office of Cleveland-based Jones Day (then known as Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue). Mr. Williams holds a J.D. degree from the National Law Center at George Washington University and a B.A. degree from Baylor University.
