The American Academy (TAA), an Alliance partner, was established in 2007 to provide online educational services to public high schools throughout the United States. In addition to providing online and alternative educational services to high schools, TAA operates an accredited, private, online high school (The American Academy) that serves high school age and adult students worldwide who want to supplement their high school education and/or earn a full high school diploma.

Healthcare

MediTract, Inc. is the leading contract management service provider that works exclusively with the healthcare industry. The company serves hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems at thousands of locations nationwide. The main purpose of MediTract’s patented process is to reduce costs, streamline workflow and provide customers with intelligent control of their contracts. An affiliate of Meyer Ventures holds a preferred and common equity interest in this company.

Xilas Medical Inc. has developed medical devices and products to assist in the early detection and avoidance of diabetic foot ulcers. The company’s core product is a tempeture sensing device used to detect hotspots indicate possible diabetic foot ulcers. An affiliate of Meyer Ventures owns common and preferred equity and warrants.

Alliance Self-Storage LP. is a privately held Canadian public-storage company founded in 2003. Its flagship location in Barrie, ON includes 40,000 square feet of temperature regulated self-storage. Meyer Ventures is a limited partner in Alliance Self-Storage, LP.

Critical Mention, Inc. is the leading provider of television search and monitoring services. Critical Mention provides alerts on relevant broadcast clips within moments of air time, immediate access video footage for emailing to colleagues or workgroups, access to clips on CD, and professional transcripts. Critical Mention is seeing great success with its newest offering Clip Syndicate. Meyer Ventures holds a preferred equity interest in Critical Mention, Inc.

GeoDigital International provides aerial LiDAR mapping for major utility companies, departments of transportation, and natural resources. GeoDigital uses state of the art surveying, video, and stabilizations technology to deliver accurate data to its clients. An affiliate of Meyer Ventures owns preferred equity interests in the company.


TractManager is a proprietary, Internet-based software tool that provides management with easy and secure access to a database of their contracts. The primary objective of the TractManager system is to provide industry and government with the technology for effective and cost efficient contract management and administration services. The TractManager solution enables management to reduce the cost of doing business while improving management’s control of their business. An affiliate of Meyer Ventures holds a preferred and common equity interest in this company.
